The rules for using AI Atlas

AI Atlas is a directory of AI companies and tools. Most listings are compiled from public information; some are managed directly by the companies they describe, once claimed and verified. We do our best to keep listings accurate, but we don’t guarantee any listing is complete, current, or error-free — especially unclaimed ones, which we haven’t verified with the company itself.

You can claim a listing only if you’re authorized to represent that company. Anything you submit when claiming a listing needs to be accurate, and you need the right to submit it. We can verify, reject, edit, or remove a claim at our discretion — including if we think it’s fraudulent or violates these terms. Claiming a listing doesn’t give you ownership of the underlying company data, just the ability to manage how it’s shown on AI Atlas.

Some listing features require a paid plan, billed through Stripe. Prices are shown before you subscribe, and we’ll tell you in advance if they change. How billing, cancelling and refunds work is set out under Refunds, below.

Pro and Elite subscriptions, including those at a Founding Member discount, are billed monthly in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable once billed. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard to stop future billing. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the month you’ve already paid for, then ends, and you won’t be charged again. We don’t give refunds or credits for the rest of a billing period or for time you didn’t use. This doesn’t affect any refund you’re entitled to by law.

The first 50 companies to receive Founding Member status, when their claim is approved or when we grant it, get the following free for 90 days from the date the status is granted: featured placement in their listing’s category, a 1,000-character description, 10 search keywords and a video embed. They also get 40% off any Pro or Elite subscription for as long as that subscription continues, including subscriptions started after the 90 days end. Founding Members must display the Founding Member badge on their website as a condition of the offer. We may stop offering Founding Member status to new companies at any time, at our discretion, even if fewer than 50 have received it.

When the 90 days end, a listing keeps what it already has, but changing anything beyond the Free plan’s limits needs a paid plan.

You agree not to submit false or misleading information when claiming a listing, scrape or republish our data at scale without permission, interfere with how the site runs, or use the site for anything unlawful.

The AI Atlas name and site design are ours. Company names, logos, and other trademarks that appear in listings belong to the companies they represent — we’re using them to identify those companies, not claiming any rights to them.

AI Atlas is provided as-is. We’re not liable for decisions made based on listing information, or for indirect or consequential damages from using the site, to the fullest extent the law allows.

We can suspend or end your access to claimed-listing features at any time if you violate these terms.

We’ll update these terms as the site evolves, and the date at the top will show when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the update.
